Me he instalado deepin OS via EFI, pues mi sistema es uefi, no bios.

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="intel_idle.max_cstate=1"

Te dejo imagenes de cada comando y lo que me has pedido;

Ahora, lo que me pidio;

apt search xserver-xorg-video-intel

si no lo tenes tenes instalalo previo update

su
apt update && apt upgrade

xserver-xorg-video-intel-dbg/desconocido,desconocido 2:2.99.917-2 amd64
  X.Org X server -- Intel i8xx, i9xx display driver (debug symbols)

Sobre el archivo xorg.conf ;

Section "InputClass"
    Identifier "touchpad"
    Driver "synaptics"
    MatchIsTouchpad "on"
      Option "TapButtion1" "1"
      Option "TapButtion2" "2"
      Option "TapButtion3" "3"

Perdonen,

Sobre los repositorios de jessie backports;

xserver-xorg-video-intel/desconocido,desconocido 2:2.99.917-2 i386
  X.Org X server -- Intel i8xx, i9xx display driver

xserver-xorg-video-intel-dbg/desconocido,desconocido 2:2.99.917-2 amd64
  X.Org X server -- Intel i8xx, i9xx display driver (debug symbols)

apt install --reinstall xserver-xorg-video-intel

"If you are using kernel 4.0.X or above on Baytrail architecture and frequently encounter complete system freezes (especially when watching video or using GFX intensivelly), you should try adding the following kernel option as a workaround, until this bug will be fixed permanently.

intel_idle.max_cstate=1"

Buenas,

Gracias,

Un saludo.

Buenas!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HE ENCONTRADO LA SOLUCIÓOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!!!!!!!!!

"Laptop freezes on boot

If your laptop freezes whilst booting Linux, usually, one of these solutions will help:

Blacklist modules dw_dmac and dw_dmac_core:

By adding the kernel parameter modprobe.blacklist=dw_dmac,dw_dmac_core.

By adding these lines to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf:

blacklist dw_dmac blacklist dw_dmac_core

Set the BIOS setting OS Selection in the Advanced menu to Windows 7."

Saludos.
